MICROSOFT
Director, Marketing Operations · September 2025 — present
Group Manager, Marketing Operations · January 2024 — September 2025
Lead and develop a team of eight MarTech Managers across a multi-channel marketing ecosystem, balancing breadth across the operating model with deep stewardship of core event and marketing platforms.
Own the operating model for marketing technology and event experience across the marketing organization, including the platform stack, campaign intake, prioritization, and delivery cadence.
Lead AI integration and automation across the marketing and event technology stack, reducing manual workflows 20%+ year over year with documented cost savings.
Architected the automation and agentic AI roadmap for the stack, and designed the career-path evolution for the team from MarTech Manager to MarTech Automation Manager to MarTech AI Manager.
Built and operate the lead lifecycle across the pre-sales and events portfolios: capture, stamping, attribution, routing, and follow-up for 1.8M+ leads annually across Marketo, Dynamics 365, and the event platform stack (RainFocus, On24, Stova), connecting marketing-generated demand to the sales pipeline.
Drove development and rollout of a channel attribution operating model for flagship demand generation, giving leadership trusted ROI by channel and decision-ready performance reporting.
Led the accelerated migration of the events platform off a deprecating legacy system after a January 2026 outage, moving 1,228 active events and 619,030 live registrations to full completion with twice-daily executive updates and no further unplanned downtime.
Cut overall email suppression rates from roughly 40% to 28% by scaling multi-CTA adoption across pre-sales and events email programs; multi-CTA experiments for flagship events reached 40% open rates, nearly double the industry benchmark.
Restored contactability to 86K contacts after erroneous data signals opted them out of promotional targeting, then built the safeguards and QA to prevent recurrence.
Led cross-functional war rooms to triage and resolve data-flow discrepancies across RainFocus, EOS, and Marketo for the AI Tour event series.
Established a structured support-ticket categorization framework (MARS) to strengthen operating-expense reporting and data-informed prioritization.
Co-authored the Progress Over Perfection playbook as a member of the extended leadership (XLT) v-team, a Chief of Staff-led management center-of-excellence initiative transforming leadership across the MarTech and Operations organization.

Led the EU Data Boundary cross-CSA rollout across 12 product lines and 240+ campaigns, framing a complex regulatory mandate into clear, scalable direction for data, platform, and engineering teams, and delivered on time.
Recovered a high-severity escalation with a Fortune 100 financial services customer who threatened to cancel a 250,000-seat Power Apps and Power Automate purchase over end-user email targeting; partnered across sales, privacy, and engineering to resolve it and returned 96% of impacted campaigns to market within three business days of green light.
